Updating Payment Details

Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruption. This guide explains how to modify your billing method in ImprovMX.

Steps to Update Payment Information

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Log into your ImprovMX dashboard and navigate to the Billing & Receipts section.

Step 2: View Current Details

The Billing & Receipts page displays:

• Your active plan information
• Past receipts for accounting or record-keeping purposes
• Your current card details in the top-right corner

Step 3: Update Your Payment Method

Click the Update your payment information link. You will be directed to a form where you can modify your billing details.

Step 4: Finalize Changes

1. Complete all required information
2. Click Update your credit card information to confirm

Result

Your new payment details are saved and automatically applied to future billing cycles. Changes take effect immediately for subsequent charges.
