Daily limits for forwarding and SMTP sending

ImprovMX implements fair-usage limits to prevent abuse and maintain server reputation. These restrictions vary by account tier.

Account Tier Limits

Pro 15,000 emails 1,000 emails

Exceeding Limits

When approaching daily quotas, ImprovMX sends an automated notification. Upon reaching the limit, the service suspends mail processing for that domain until the counter resets at midnight UTC.

Email received after quota exhaustion receives a bounce message indicating the account has exceeded its limit with instructions to retry later. The sender receives notification about the temporary unavailability.
