How does "priority delivery" work?
Our emails are transferred to a processing queue before they are re-forwarded to you. Purchasing a premium subscription means that any email forwarded to you will go directly on the top of the queue, so that you don't have any processing delay and can get your emails faster.
What's the difference between your SMTP and Gmail's?
Gmail lets you send emails from their SMTP using an old, undocumented workaround which could be discontinued at any time. It also adds a 'via gmail.com' note to your emails which might not seem as professional. In contrast, ImprovMX SMTP is designed for long-term reliability and doesn't add any such notes, ensuring your emails always look professional.
