Password & Two-Factor Authentication

Manage your account security settings.

Secure your ImprovMX account with a password and two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection.

Password Setup

To establish password authentication:

  1. Access your account at app.improvmx.com
  2. Navigate to Account Info → Security
  3. Enter your new password and save

After configuration, you can input your password instead of receiving the magic link on subsequent logins.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To activate 2FA protection:

  1. Log into app.improvmx.com
  2. Go to Account Info → Security → Enable 2FA
  3. Complete the on-screen setup process using your preferred authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
Note: Once 2FA is enabled, you will need to supply your two-factor authentication code from your chosen application, even when using the magic link login method.

Disabling Security Features

Password Changes

Modify your credentials directly through Account Info → Security.

Removing 2FA or Password

Contact the support team at support@improvmx.com using your account email address for complete removal of either security feature.
