No, we are not.

As an email forwarding service, ImprovMX receives and forwards massive volumes of emails to users' personal inboxes. We understand the concern that we might examine email contents—but we don't.

Our Business Model

We sustain operations through paid features rather than data monetization. Our customers already pay for services, making our business model transparent.

Email Storage Practices

All the emails we receive are stored until they are successfully forwarded, and then deleted right after.

Failed or temporarily rejected emails are only retained if you explicitly enable this option in your account settings. This feature defaults to disabled.

If enabled, the email will be stored for seven days (as long as our logs) then automatically deleted. This window exists to help you recover emails that failed delivery.
