As an email forwarding service, ImprovMX is responsible for emails flowing through our servers. We fight on a constant basis to maintain a stellar reputation for our IP addresses and sending domains.

If we allowed spam to pass through unfiltered, destination mailbox providers such as Gmail, Outlook, and others would begin blocking our traffic. And we could be legally liable for crimes committed over email.

That said, for our enterprise customers who are managing their own mailboxes (not Google/Microsoft/Yahoo/etc.), we can make exceptions and turn off spam filtering on a case-by-case basis.
