How to permanently delete your ImprovMX account.

ImprovMX provides a straightforward self-service deletion option through your account dashboard. If needed, manual support is also available.

Self-Service Deletion

  1. Log into your dashboard at app.improvmx.com
  2. Navigate to Account Info using the left sidebar menu
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Account Info page
  4. Select the Delete Account option and confirm your request
Warning: This action is irreversible. All domains, aliases, SMTP credentials, and logs will be permanently deleted.

Manual Deletion via Email

If you cannot complete the self-service process, ImprovMX will handle deletion upon request:

  • Email support@improvmx.com from your registered account email address
  • Clearly state your intent to delete the associated ImprovMX account
  • The team will process your deletion request
