Account Access Logs

Monitor account modifications and access history.

ImprovMX's account access logging feature helps you monitor all modifications made to your account, providing full visibility into changes across your email forwarding setup.

What Gets Logged

The system tracks all account-modifying actions, including:

  • Domain and alias creation, updates, or deletions
  • API key creation or deletion
  • SMTP credential creation or deletion
  • Login attempts
  • Other administrative changes

Information Captured

Each log entry shows:

  • When the modification occurred
  • What changes were made
  • Which IP address performed the action

Data Retention

Access logs are stored for 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.

How to Access Your Logs

  1. Click Account Settings in the navigation bar
  2. Select Access Logs

Search and Filter

The interface displays a searchable history of all account modifications. You can filter logs by action type, target, timestamp, or IP address, making it easy to maintain oversight when multiple team members manage an account.
