Our Principles
As a strict general rule, ImprovMX only complies with legally binding orders. We operate under French law jurisdiction and will challenge orders that appear non-compliant with legal requirements.
Data Handling
When receiving judicial orders during criminal investigations, ImprovMX may provide user identification information and, in extreme cases, monitor IP addresses accessing accounts involved in criminal activity. We may also suspend accounts showing overwhelming evidence of illegal use, such as phishing or identity theft operations.
Legal Requests Received
Request 1 — December 12, 2019
