It's been 8 months since the acquisition and we've been busy shipping. Here's a roundup of everything new in ImprovMX in 2025.
Introduction
Since taking the helm at the beginning of 2025, our team has been focused on improving reliability, adding features our users have been requesting, and laying the groundwork for the future.
Passkeys
Added support for passwordless authentication using passkeys. More secure, more convenient.
Improved Email Logs
Completely rebuilt the email logs interface with faster search, better filtering, and more detailed delivery information.
API v3 Improvements
Added new endpoints for bulk operations, improved rate limiting feedback, and better error messages.
White-label MX Records
Premium and Pro users can now use custom MX record hostnames for a more professional setup.
Webhook Enhancements
Added retry logic, delivery confirmation, and payload customization for webhook destinations.
Performance Improvements
Reduced average forwarding time from 5 seconds to under 3 seconds through infrastructure optimizations.
