Email is still the backbone of business communication. But managing team inboxes shouldn't be complicated. Multi-recipient email aliases let your whole team stay in the loop without shared passwords or complex group setups.

What are multi-recipient aliases?

A multi-recipient alias forwards incoming emails to multiple destinations simultaneously. When someone emails team@yourdomain.com, every member on the alias gets a copy.

Setting it up

In your ImprovMX dashboard, create an alias and add multiple forwarding addresses separated by commas. That's it — no special configuration needed.

  • support@company.com forwards to your support team
  • press@company.com forwards to your PR and marketing teams
  • orders@company.com forwards to fulfillment and accounting

Limits

Free accounts support up to 1 destination per alias. Premium supports up to 5, and Pro supports up to 25 destinations per alias.
