What are multi-recipient aliases?
A multi-recipient alias forwards incoming emails to multiple destinations simultaneously. When someone emails team@yourdomain.com, every member on the alias gets a copy.
Setting it up
In your ImprovMX dashboard, create an alias and add multiple forwarding addresses separated by commas. That's it — no special configuration needed.
